Register Form – Adults Group Training

Enrolment Completion:
Proof of successful payment is required to complete the enrolment process. Verbal or written expressions of interest are not considered sufficient for enrolment completion.

Payment:
Payment must be made before the term commences.

Punctuality:
Ensure your child arrives on time; training sessions will start promptly.

Equipment and Attire:
Badminton equipment and apparel are not provided. Please ensure your child brings their own equipment and proper footwear for protection.

Refund Policy:
LD Badminton Academy covers courts, shuttles, and coaching fees. Refund policy is as follows:
a. No make-up classes will be provided.
b. Absences for non-medical reasons are not eligible for refunds.
c. Absences due to medical reasons are eligible for a refund, limited to once per term.
d. Absences due to sickness or injury sustained during training require a medical certificate from a GP for a refund, capped at twice per term.

Prohibited Activities:
Consumption of food is not allowed in the playing area.

Damage Responsibility:
Any individual causing willful or negligent damage to badminton centre property is responsible for payment. This includes damages caused by dependent guests/children.

Emergency Exit Usage:
Emergency exit doors are only to be used in the event of an emergency and under the direction of staff.
